1. Use of the Platform

Pivot by Bodha is intended for educational and career-development purposes. You may not use it for unlawful or harmful activities.

2. User Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of login links or session IDs.
• Respect other users and mentors in shared spaces.

3. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, and software belong to Pivot by Bodha or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute without written permission.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Pivot by Bodha provides information “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from use of the service.

5. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

6. Data Processing & Privacy

Bodha App processes data in accordance with our Privacy & Data Policy. Some platform features, including AI-generated insights, are powered by third-party providers such as OpenAI. Users should avoid entering personally identifying information in any free-text inputs. By using the platform, you acknowledge that such third-party processing occurs as described in our Privacy Policy.

We use analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns. These services may use cookies or other identifiers as detailed in our Cookie Policy.

Although we implement security and minimization practices, Bodha App cannot guarantee complete control over third-party AI or analytics processing once data leaves our systems.

For organization accounts using Pivot by Bodha , data entered by members is processed solely for program facilitation purposes. The organization acts as the data controller for its cohort, and Bodha App acts as a processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
